Our Founder

Our Founder, Paul Brashier, specializes in helping our clients hire key leadership and executive roles. Paul is deeply engaged in each search at Cameron reflecting our firm’s commitment to boutique level service. At Cameron, our business is based on strong relationships and service that exceeds expectations. Paul has been recruiting executives for Cameron Clients for over 12 years. His recruitment style and expertise stem from the fact that he has held or managed many of the positions he recruits for. When he reaches out to candidates, they listen because of the experience and credibility he brings to each engagement.

Cameron clients benefit from Paul’s nearly four decades of highly accomplished finance and business leadership experience as an owner, investor, board member, and chief financial officer. His industry experience includes private equity, banking, insurance, and technology. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with EY and gained experience throughout his career in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, private equity investing and executive leadership.

Paul and his wife Kathryn have three adult children, one grandchild and two pups – Muffin and Biscuit. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and following their favorite college football and basketball teams. He has been involved with many church, civic and business organizations as both member and board leader throughout his career.
